Brewery Tasting Notes
"Bass beer has a caramel malt and sweet opening with a fruity texture, leading to a well-balanced sweet-bitter finish. It is known for its toffee-ish, nutty aroma and complex, satisfying flavor. Bass beer is recognized for its classic British amber bitter style, making it a notable choice among ale enthusiasts. The Bass red triangle logo was the first registered UK trademark and was once the worlds biggest selling beer. Tthe wikipedia page linked here is well worth a read."

"It’s back! The Mountain Hare’s brewery is now back in action and to get everything up and running we’ve tried to recreate the original Gold. This second brew is now a lot closer to the original and a lot more sensible at 4.2%! FYI: We’ll be serving our own real ale directly from 300l tanks beneath the bar using a hybrid cask widget system. The beer is NOT force pressurised with CO2 but uses a cask aspriator to replace served beer with CO2 rather than air. These new systems offer a massive improvement in quality and longevity by excluding any air (and bacteria) from entering the beer. Aspirator’s are proven technology and even approved by CAMRA! So keep an eye on the pubs live beer lists as we’ll be introducing further beers over the next few months as we tweak and scale up production."

Idaho 7 hopped.. apparently.

"Easy by name it may be, but this Rider still packs that hoppy punch. Refreshing, zesty citrus on the palate makes our modern blonde ale the perfect session beer."

Brewery Tasting Notes
"Steady Rolling Man. Our pale ale. Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we discovered, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale."

"The UK's number one Tropical IPA. Pineapples. Mangoes. Peaches. Passion Fruits. We've got the lot. And we've only gone and put them all together. Banging."

Another of our trademark hazy and juicy pales, with Galaxy and Huell Melon hops.

Triple-hopped oozing exotic mango citrus and stone fruit drifting with sweet malt line.
